It will be all cheers and sweat at Kaloleni Grounds and Kaloleni Social Hall as the Kaka Empire Cup kicks off on Saturday.
Speaking to Spice, King Kaka revealed that the aim of the under 15’s tournament is to keep kids from Mathare, Shauri Moyo, Makongeni and Kaloleni
busy, focused and hopeful.

The tournament has debuted with four teams but given that it will happen every school holiday in April, August and December.
Kaka hopes the it will morph into a league with more teams and sponsors. “In this first edition, we will award the player of the tournament by paying his school fees for next one year and hopefully as we progress, we will offer scholarships to kids who attain certain grades. And if we get sponsors, then it means we will be able to help a larger group of children to fulfill their dreams,” he went on.
Before the game, the kids will have a chance to interact with King Kaka and other invited guests like Kriss Darlin.
