Rapper Rick Ross (pictured) is being sued by a woman who claims she was drugged in his van and raped by his agent during the Grammy weekend.The woman alleges she was at the W Hotel in Los Angeles where she met up with the rapper and his entourage, according to TMZ.
She claims they invited her to go to the Cannabis Cup, a marijuana trade show,
and that she rode in a van with Ross, his agent Thaddeus James, a DJ, three security guards and a driver. During the ride, the woman alleges she was offered a drink that made her feel dizzy before she eventually passed out.
When she regained consciousness two hours later, she claims James was in the
van with her.
She said she went back to his hotel room where she passed out again. She
said she woke up at 8am and examined herself, realizing her clothes
had been removed and alleges she had been sexually assaulted by
James. Ross has been named in the suit because he rode in the van.
